Industrial

KVP designs and manufactures fiberglass and other composite components intended for complex industrial applications. From filtration systems to piping, up to large technical containers, every production is designed to guarantee resistance, durability, and safety, even in extreme environments.

Our Process

From design to maintenance: a structured and guaranteed path
01
Analysis and technical consultancy

Study of the client's needs, evaluation of operating conditions, and definition of design constraints.

02
Design and prototyping

Development of CAD models, creation of prototypes, and rapid sampling to verify the effectiveness of the solution.

03
Production and installation

Construction of unique or mass-produced pieces, on-site assembly, and compliance with international quality standards (ISO 9001).

04
Control and assistance

Functional tests, inspections, and scheduled or extraordinary maintenance interventions to guarantee reliability over time.

Containers and Tanks

From industrial containment to food and biological applications.

Services:

Industrial Tanks
KVP manufactures fiberglass tanks for multiple industrial applications, designed to contain even highly corrosive fluids.
> Custom design: nozzle layout and manways according to client specifications.
> Repairs and maintenance: structural interventions and restoration of the chemical-resistant liner on existing tanks, even in case of fluid leaks.
> Reference clients: leading companies in the energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors.
KVP tanks guarantee operational reliability, long life, and resistance to the most aggressive chemical agents.
Protective Linings
KVP creates internal and external protective linings on:
> Tanks, metal or concrete basins, ensuring protection from corrosion or structural degradation.
> Industrial equipment and internally corroded piping.
Technical Containers
KVP designs and manufactures high-performance technical containers intended for highly specialized sectors, such as Defense. These solutions are developed to guarantee safety and reliability in the containment of weapon system parts and specific equipment.

Industrial and Civil Piping

Composite piping: lighter, more resistant, and safer compared to traditional metallic systems.

Services:

Industrial Plant Engineering
Since 1992, KVP has been active in the field of industrial plant engineering, with the creation and installation of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) lines of any size and application. In addition to GRP, the company can produce and install lines in PP, PVC, and PEAD, offering diversified solutions based on plant requirements. A particularly significant element is represented by the assembly suitability certifications issued by AMERON for epoxy resin piping, which KVP uses for the creation of numerous fire-fighting lines and complex applications. Over the last twenty years, KVP has contributed to important industrial plant engineering works in Italy, operating in strategic sites such as the former ENEL CTE (Thermoelectric Power Plant) of Vado Ligure, the CTE of La Spezia, Turbigo, and Marghera, as well as in other major Italian chemical companies.
Civil Plant Engineering
In parallel with the industrial sector, KVP is also active in civil plant engineering, with the creation and assembly of large-diameter piping for sewers and aqueducts, in collaboration with the main Italian builders in the sector. The activity also includes maintenance and repair interventions on already installed lines, ensuring continuity of service and reliability over time.
